Frequently Asked Questions

Please find answers below to the questions people often ask us.

Where are you located?

The studio’s address is 62 Kulgoa Rd in Pymble. It is in Sydney’s North Shore. We do most of our portrait sessions here, but also go to locations upon request (travel fee might apply).

Do you shoot outside?

Yes, we also soot at location or in the clients’ home, upon request. If the location is outside of a 15km radius from Pymble, we charge a $80 travel fee. If we need to set up the studio – bringing lights, backgrounds etc. – we charge a $120 studio setup fee.

Does the session fee include images on a USB?

No. Session fees do not include images, printed art, or the RAW files from the session.

Please note that the session fee is paid for your experience on the day of your photo shoot: the photographer’s time, talent and expertise and the use of the professional equipment, props and accessories the studio has. It also covers the makeup artist’s, hair stylist’s and assistant’s costs. Basically, it is paid for the professional services provided by our team on the day of your portrait session.

For images, portrait collections and printed art, please refer to our pricing guide. Get it touch with us through the Contact page or call us and we will explain our pricing structure and send you our detailed pricing guide.

Is there parking at the studio?

Yes. We are on a quiet street, there is always plenty of parking near the entrance of the studio. There is also a parking area for two cars inside the property.

What should I bring and wear for my portrait session?

Once you have booked your session, we will send you a session guide with lots of useful information, including ideas about what to wear and bring. We also offer stunning gowns, dresses, and accessories for glamour and boudoir photography, as well as outfits for ladies’ business headshots.

How do I choose my images?

We will ask you to come back to view your images about a week after your portrait session. We will show you a cinematic presentation of about 40-50 images. Then you get to choose your favorite ones and decide on your portrait collection. You will be asked to pay the full amount of your chosen portrait collection at the viewing session.

If, for some reason, you are unable to come back, the photographer can go to you and present the images on her laptop. We might charge a travel fee for this, depending on where you live. If none of the previous options work, we can do an online viewing where the photographer shares her screen. We only offer this option if you are unable to come to the studio and the photographer is unable to go to you or meet you. In this case, you will need to pay for your portrait collection in advance, before the online viewing.

Do you upload the images somewhere for me to choose?

No. We present your portraits in person. Please read the information about viewing and choosing your images in the previous section.

Do you have dresses, gowns, and accessories etc. in the studio?

Yes. We have a wardrobe full of gowns, dresses and accessories in the studio for glamour and boudoir photography, and some outfits for ladies’ business headshots.

Are you open on weekends?

Yes, we are open on Saturdays from 9.30am until 5pm. We are closed on Sundays.
